What is CreerConnect.AI?
CreerConnect.AI is an AI customer support platform. It learns your website content, answers visitor questions through a chatbot 24/7, and hands conversations to your team whenever a human is needed.
How does website scraping work?
You add your website URL and CreerConnect crawls the public pages, respecting robots.txt and rate limits. Content is cleaned, chunked, embedded and indexed for retrieval.
How long does AI training take?
Most small and mid-size websites finish training within a few minutes. Larger sites with thousands of pages can take up to an hour.
Can I customize chatbot responses?
Yes. Welcome messages, quick tag replies, fallback behaviour, colors and avatar are all customizable from the dashboard.
How do agents take over chats?
When a visitor clicks Connect to Human or an agent claims a chat, the conversation moves to the agent inbox with the full history preserved.
Do I need coding skills?
No. Setup happens in the dashboard. Installing the chatbot means pasting one script tag into your website.
Billing
How much does CreerConnect cost?
There is a free Trial plan. Paid plans cost $18 per month or $199 per year, each including one website and one AI chatbot.
Can I scrape multiple websites?
Yes. Additional websites are add-ons: $15 per website per month on the Monthly plan, or $180 per website per year on the Yearly plan.
How does billing work?
Billing is monthly or yearly depending on your plan. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from your workspace.
Do you offer refunds?
Monthly plans are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started. Yearly plans are eligible for a pro-rated refund within 14 days of the initial purchase. See the Refund Policy for details.
Security
Is my data secure?
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and tenants are isolated from one another.
Is my website data shared with other customers?
No. Content scraped from your website is processed to build the indexes your chatbot uses, and it is not shared with other customers.
