Subscription cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard under Billing → Manage Plan. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Renewal policy
Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next renewal date.
Add-on cancellation
Extra-website add-ons can be removed from the dashboard. Removals take effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued.
Account deletion
To permanently delete your account, choose “Delete workspace” in Settings. This action removes all workspaces, chatbots, and users associated with your organization.
